Titanium Anodizing Equipment

Titanium anodizing generates various different colors, such as brown, blue, silver, yellow, violet, purple and green without dyes. Sometimes being used in art, costume jewelry, body piercing jewellery, wedding rings and medical implants. The color formed is dependent on the thickness of the oxide (which is determined by the anodizing voltage). For bigger pieces, it just takes longer.

To do Titanium anodizing, you need an electrolyte solution in a non-conducting container. The anode is the Titanium parts needed to be anodized, and the cathode is usually a strip of scrap Titanium. Having adequate ventilation inside a container to avoid an explosion hazard is necessary.
